Certain legal criteria must be met in order to have a criminal record expunged.

  • A current criminal background is required in order to accurately evaluate expungement eligibility for your state.
  • A current copy can be obtained from your local Sheriff, Police Department, or Jail.
  • A $10.00 consultation fee is required.  A faxed or emailed copy of criminal background with contact information is acceptable.
